I am an accomplished IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master and Data Analyst with proven track records of delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries. At AIA Insurance, I led a group-level Data Governance project, achieving 65% data availability and 75% data quality. While at Unilever, I spearheaded the automation of 70% of HR processes, reducing paperwork by 50% and cutting IT infrastructure costs by 29%.
